Full Service Event Planning (custom packages available):

Pre-Event Planning

  • Help with deciding upon a theme for your event
  • Assist in selection of appropriate venue for the size of your event
  • Booking and coordinating all necessary vendors (including caterer, photographer, videographer, dj, entertainment, florist, linens, etc).
  • Selecting/creating save-the-date cards and unique, custom  invitations
  • Assisting with wording and invitation design
  • Creating custom personalized postage stamps to match your invitation

Reception Coordination including:

  • Working with caterer
  • Room design, décor and set-up including:
    • Table centerpieces
    • Linens and table design
    • Room layout
  • Carry-out theme of the affair
  • Party favors for the end of the night
  • Place cards/table tents
  • Personalized beverage napkins and bathroom hand towels
  • Sign in board/book (we can provide this for additional cost)
  • Envelope gift box (we can provide this for additional cost)
  • Security if needed
  • Toiletry baskets (we can provide this for additional cost)
  • Collect remaining party items and transport to car at end of night
  • Coordinate and deliver gift bags for out-of-towners
  • Work with all vendors including:
    • Photographer
    • Florist
    • Videographer
    • DJ
    • Entertainment vendors (digital photo station, tattoo artists, etc)
    • Call all vendors to confirm, give directions, etc.
    • Ensure vendors have everything that they need (appropriate space, tables, power, etc)
    • Settle accounts with vendors and distribute gratuities at the end of the evening

Mitzvah Planning will also include:

Saturday morning service coordination including:

  • Kiddush luncheon: working with caterer for food, linens and room set-up
  • Room décor and centerpieces for Kiddush luncheon
  • Kippot for temple
  • Program design
  • Challah pick-up and coordination of goods needed for luncheon
